Degrees From Horizon For Connectivity ?
25°
Degrees From Horizon is the amount you have to tilt your head to look at the satellite when standing in a flat field.

We believe the initial constellation will have connectivity if the satellite is above 25°, and that this requirement will later be eased to 40° to increase performance. Note: This number is how much of the whole sky (in all directions) will be required to be visible overhead to maintain constant connection to the constellation.
